Our expertise is in the manufacture of complex shaped stamped parts. Follow-on composite techniques are used to achieve the required transformations in progressive die or tooling. With our presses, capable of forces ranging from 10 kN to 3,000 kN, we process a variety of material grades with thicknesses ranging from 0.07 mm to 6 mm.

The stamped parts can also be further processed with additional operations as required.

Numerous specialized connection technologies (radial point riveting, pressing, laser welding, resistance welding) enable the production of highly complex assemblies.

Stamped parts and assemblies have practical applications in various fields, such as diesel/gasoline injection technology, gears, motors, pumps, turbochargers and mechanical engineering.
