Stamping & transformation

Our portfolio includes stamping force from 80 kN to 400 kN. Bending station with maximum 5 slides for complex forming.

All machines are equipped with state-of-the-art process monitoring equipment. We process material thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 2.5 mm. The following tool technologies are in use:

• Calibration units installed to ensure high precision of part
• Laser welding technology is integrated into stamping and bending process for high efficiengy and reliability
• Standard basic tool concept ensure quick change with reasonable tool cost
