Precision for the automotive industry

In the Wire spring division,screw coil compression springs and profile wire springs are produced for the automotive industry.Primary application areas are diesel engine injection systems,this includes both classic injection systems and new systems,such as common rail and pump-nozzle injectors.As a result of the development of special production techniques and installations,the emphasis is on compression springs with a very close spring index and very tight tolerances on spring characteristics.

The springs are manufactured on modern CNC machines and special systems developed and built in-house.

Along with the basic operations,other methods can be added for the optimization of the springs such as edge rounding,shot peening,marking,chamfering,plasma nitriding and intensive cleaning.
